Top Ten Tuesday is hosted by The Broke and the Bookish

Happy Tuesday! It’s the last Tuesday of June which is nuts! Hope everyone has been having an amazing summer so far.

As we close out the month of June we are taking some time to look back at what we have read this year. There’s been some great books and some bummers, but really…it’s been a great reading year over at Midwestern Book Nerd. Lots of very enjoyable books which MIGHT make it tricky to keep it at 10, but we will try our best. Can’t wait to see what everyone else comes up with!

Here are our top 10 books of 2017 so far.

I’ve only read The Girl from Everywhere and Geekerella from these lists, but Heartless is definitely on my summer TBR pile. This year, I’ve read a couple of novels and comics I’ve liked pretty well. Hoping to get in a lot more before summer ends!

Yes! Heartless is a really good one 🙂 just be prepared to be hungry when you read it! Lots of talk about baked goods in that one, haha. Good luck this summer!

Loved the Martian! I read it at the end of last year before I watched the movie. Definitely a laugh out loud type of book for me haha
